Kelkay Aggregates & Paving Home Delivery Information

Upon placing your order for Kelkay paving or aggregates a member of our sales team will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for the delivery.

Delivery is within 7 working days (subject to availability) and will be to the nearest kerbside or hard standing area. The delivery drivers are not permitted to take the items any further due to health and safety restrictions. Please note that the aggregates and paving come on a lorry with a tail-lift so need to be unloaded on level ground. Aggregates and Paving cannot be unloaded on steep ground again due to Health and Safety restrictions and the high risk of injury due to the weights involved.

In the event of a failed delivery (if you've arranged for the delivery on a certain day and popped out for a bit!) there maybe an additional re-delivery charge to pay and this has to be paid direct to the transport company. It's always best to make sure on your order you leave a mobile phone number which you can be easily contacted on.

Please note that the majority of deliveries are free of charge to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales although certain postcodes carry an additional supplement charge. From the 1st October 2011 orders to the following postcodes are no longer free of charge due to increased haulage costs. Delivery to postcodes AB, IV, KW in Scotland and TR in Devon & Cornwall carry a supplement charge of £49.99 (This is per item). At the time of ordering if you live within these postcodes one of our customer service team will contact you to advise you of the extra charge and of course the option to cancel the orders if you wish.
