Coronavirus (COVID-19) - DELIVERY INFORMATION

Whilst we endeavour to keep business running as usual there are some products which require an extra pair of hands and due to the current regulations in place this does mean delivery is taking a little while longer than usual.

We ask that you allow 10-15 working days for your fountain to arrive. Delivery will be made on a “Book-In” service which gives you the freedom to specify a weekday which works best for you.

Important information about the delivery of your new water feature...

Delivery of the water feature is made by a pallet network who will normally call before delivery to make sure the day is convenient. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and can only be to the nearest kerbside. On most occasions the driver will tend to take the pallet as far as he can but this has to be on solid level ground. All items on the pallet can easily be removed and carried with care into position.
