We hope you are happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things aren't as expected.
We will accept any product back for a full refund if you change your mind within seven days from the day after delivery is made. Goods should be with their original packaging, and in a similar condition to as they were received. Of course, if the product is faulty we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out or a full refund to be issued.
As with delivery, we like to get issues resolved quickly, so you can be confident we'll be on the case as soon as you get in touch.
