Using the site

We have made the site as easy to use as possible. You will find the main site navigation along the top of the website, underneath the logo. If you ever get lost you can navigate to the home page by clicking on the UK Water Features logo, or by clicking 'home'. You can navigate through all the available products using the left hand menu, and see what's in your shopping basket in the right hand column.

Some products will have accessories which are displayed just above the 'add to basket' button on the product page. You can buy these accessories with the main product by clicking in the tick box next to it.

To help you get more out of your garden, we have also added complimentary products which work well together, you will find these in the right hand column under the 'goes with' title.

Ways to pay

There are four quick, easy and secure ways to pay on ukwaterfeatures.com. We take security very seriously and don't store any of your card details. All transactions are handled by trusted third party companies.

Standard Secure Checkout

You can pay using any credit or debit card through our standard secure checkout which is provided by Sagepay. Simply click on 'checkout' from the shopping basket page. You will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information before being taken to the secure Sagepay payment page to complete your order.

Google Checkout

Google checkout is a secure system provided by Google which allows you to pay with a credit or debit card, your credit and debit card details and shipping information are stored only once (with google's secure system) and can be used across any stores that provide google checkout.

With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from ukwaterfeatures.com and many other stores across the web.
If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There is no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time that you buy from different sites.
When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorised purchases.

We understand that some people prefer to order over the phone. We can accept any debit or credit card over the phone by calling our sales line 01226 388 889.

Paypal

If you prefer, you have the option of paying through paypal. If you have a paypal account you will need to do is click on the 'pay now using paypal' in the basket page. You will be taken to Paypal's secure payment page to complete your order.
