Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched the same day for all orders made before 3pm. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

 

Carriage & Receiving of Goods

If a signature is required:

Upon receipt of your purchase immediately inspect for visible signs or concealed damage before signing for the goods.

Do not sign for unchecked goods or sign as 'unchecked' as UK Water Features will not be held responsible for damaged goods signed for as 'unchecked'.

Please inspect the shipment immediately. Insist that visible damage is noted on the delivery documents.

In case of damage please notify us immediately by calling 01226 388 889. If possible, please take a photograph of the damage.

We take every precaution to ensure your purchases arrive safely.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods includes postage and packing unless specifically stated otherwise. Any charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union.


Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract within 7 days (starting the day after delivery is made), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail or call us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.


Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Confidentiality

 

Privacy & Security

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely (by trusted third party systems - Worldpay, Google Checkout or Paypal) and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.


Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

 

UK Water Features Competitions

Terms and conditions:
 
1. To qualify for the lucky draw, complete the entry form via Facebook/Twitter.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Winners must live in the UK. We can only ship prizes to UK Mainland Addresses.
4. Anybody may take part except employees of UK Water Features and their family members.
5. Only the official entry form is valid.
6. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Closing date for entry is 30th May 2012 at 12:00am (midnight).
8. Winners will be notified via e-mail. The prizes will be sent out to the winners before the 10th June 2012.
9. By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant promotional material via e-mail.
10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
