  • If your product develops a fault in the first 30 days you are entitled to reject the item and get a full refund (Please contact our customer care team if you have any issue with items purchased from one of our mail order websites)
  • After the 30 day period you are no longer legally entitled to a full refund if your item(s) develop a fault
  • Outside the 30 day right to reject period you have to give the retailer (In this case Direct Global Trading Ltd) one opportunity to repair or replace the goods.
  • If a repair or replacement is not possible then you have a further right to reject the goods and seek a partial or full refund.
  • If a product develops a fault within the first six months it is presumed to have been there from the time of purchase, you have the right to a repair or replacement. If the repair fails or cannot take place you are entitled to a full refund or price reduction if you wish to keep the goods.
  • After the six month period it is the responsibility of the customer to prove the product was faulty at the time of delivery.
  • As a retailer we are fully responsible for your item(s) until they are in your possession or in the possession of someone appointed by you to accept them. We are responsible for the service provided by the couriers, the delivery firm is not liable.
  • Deliveries are to be made to customers within 30 days of purchase, after this time frame you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.
