Purchasers can buy with confidence knowing exactly what they are going to receive. Speed of despatch was again excellent with accurate prediction of delivery date and time. I just want to let you know that my water feature arrived to the specified address before midday on Thursday. I am so delighted with it. It is really beautiful and I can't wait to position it in my garden and listen to the gentle flow of the water. I would like to thank you for everything you have done. You are truly a most kind, helpful and understanding lady and I really appreciated the tremendous amount of effort and time you spent on my small order. What a great company to do business with. Your web site was easy to use, you kept me very well informed all the time, mind you that wasn't long, my order arrived this morning and I only ordered it on Saturday.I am delighted with the wall art (it looks even better that it did on the web site)!! Imagine my further delight when it was easy to put up! I will now admire the vista while sipping coffee & eating Cadburys creme eggs - nice touch. I was very surprised on the size and quality of the item for the purchase price and they are a lot larger than they look in your supplied pictures. I will be using you from now on as this is by far the best one I have purchased from an online retailer.. Expect more orders from me !!
