Parcel Couriers We care about our deliveries!

The Dispatches documentary last night on Channel 4 showed behind the scenes into one of UK Mail's parcel delivery centres. Parcels were kicked about, dropped from great heights and it became clear the couriers showed no care at all for the hundreds of customer parcels, many of which were high value computers or fragile glass items.

Here at UK Water Features we take the delivery of our items really seriously. Every year we vet courier companies, looking at the first time delivery percentages, damage percentages and of course customer feedback before deciding who will carry our customers parcels.

As a business we can proudly shout about our delivery systems and also the packaging used to protect the goods en-route to customers doors.

All items are packed in our South Yorkshire distribution centre by members of staff who really do care. We invested in our own range of packaging boxes in 2012 allowing extra protection for smaller more fragile items and of course brand awareness as the boxes travel up and down the country each evening.

We accept that occasionally things do go wrong and items arrive damaged. On the occasions where items do arrive damaged our Yorkshire based customer care team are here to help. We look to resolve any issues with deliveries immediately and record each incident in order to help improve our service moving forward. In 2012 we de-listed several items from our range due to the high level of damages upon delivery and continue to monitor of feedback from customers.

UK Water Features use the below carriers to transport goods on a daily basis to customers across the UK.
